Amy Smith
Co-Owner, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Amy started as a social worker for Missouri’s Children’s Division, advocating for children’s rights. Afterward, she focused on raising five children and volunteering with local organizations. She then managed multi-family housing communities until their sale in 2023. Currently, she is securing a Missouri Solid Waste permit for a green energy facility in St. Louis. Amy is also dedicated to volunteerism, raising funds for ACPD and helping individuals overcome substance abuse.
Tony Smith
Co-Owner, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Over 25 years, Tony has grown numerous Midwest businesses, starting with family construction, environmental, and real estate ventures. He honed his accounting skills in public accounting for 15 years, then expanded a real estate portfolio from 125 to over 1,000 units, selling seven properties for over $26 million. As CFO, he boosted an environmental business’s revenue from $4 million to $15 million. Currently, Tony is pursuing a Missouri Solid Waste permit for a St. Louis green energy facility to repurpose industrial by-products into fuel.
Greg Haug
Chief Engineer
With over 40 years of experience, Greg specializes in sustainability, recycling, and environmental solutions across the US. He offers process review, engineered fuel, waste reuse, and environmental permitting services, overseeing projects from design to start-up, including emissions control and compliance. Greg has managed alternative fuel projects at cement kilns, processing over 90,000 tons of waste annually, and led a technical staff of 70. He has secured permits across most EPA Regions and states, finding innovative waste reuse methods and helping companies adapt to regulations, while devising strategies to reduce carbon footprints.
